Estela Olevsky, Pianist
A native of Buenos Aires, pianist Estela Kersenbaum Olevsky has performed on five continents and collaborated with many distinguished instrumental and vocal soloists as well as diverse chamber music groups such as Berlin Philharmonic Festival Players, the Lark Quartet, the Olewsky Trio and the Bach Festival in Buenos Aires under the direction of Karl Richter. Miette is a visual artist from a small town in Massachusetts who is currently working out of a small town in Wisconsin. Growing up, stories were a big part of her artistic landscape and storytelling is often at the root of her visual artwork. Miette is a creative writer and reader, as well as a visual artist and has worked as one of the managing editors of the Beloit Fiction Journal as well as a writing tutor at the Beloit College Writing Center. Monadnock Garden Club
The Monadnock Garden Club (MGC) began on August 5, 1925. The Club’s goals are to study gardens and beautify the country. The Club's first project was to raise $500 ($7,000 in today’s money) for the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests.

I enjoy painting as well as I enjoy working in Neon and Sculpture. I consider myself to be a realist, but with a bit of fantasy thrown in. I like to paint scenes of my home, my garden, my animals, things we collect, our beautiful neck of the woods, friends, as well as anything else that I may be interested in.
I’ve been a professional writer and editor for nearly 45 years, winning dozens of awards along the way. More importantly, though, my passion has been to explore life’s mysteries, contradictions and magic with hundreds of people, often helping them discover the deeper themes of their lives within that they may not have even realized were there … and then sharing those stories. We are now at a crucial stage in Turners Falls’ evolution and have found ourselves with an incredible and rare opportunity to maximize the use of the town owned Shea Theater to not only embrace its roots as a beacon of performance venues serving artists and audiences in Montague, but to develop The Shea as a bigger part of the artistic community in Franklin County.
